Instructions for Downloading Shows:

The link to the right takes you to our FTP site, where you can download whole shows and other program materials.

Different web browsers (and different versions of those browsers) handle FTP in different ways. If you don’t like the way your browser deals with FTP, you can go to the site directly with any FTP client at shows.dial-global.com or map the site in My Network Places using ftp://shows.dial-global.com/.

1 - Open My Network Places :: Open 'My Computer' and click on 'My Network Places' located under 'Other Places' on the left side of the window. Once you're there, click on 'Add a network place' under 'Network Tasks' (depending on how your computer is setup, you may have a 'Network Places' shortcut on your desktop or in your start menu and see a slightly different looking screen). 2 - Add Network Place Wizard :: You should now see the 'Add Network Place Wizard' with a welcome message... Click 'Next'. 3 - Add Network Place Wizard :: Select 'Choose Another Network Location' and click 'Next' 4 - Add Network Place Wizard :: Type in 'ftp://shows.dial-global.com' for Internet or Network Address and click 'Next'. FYI, this is the exact same site that you may have formerly connected to using 'ftp://ftp.dialshows.com'.
5 - Add Network Place Wizard :: Type in your username for the ftp site (should be your station call letters with '-AM' or '-FM' appended). Be sure that 'Log on anonymously' is NOT checked and Click 'Next'. 6 - Add Network Place Wizard :: Type in a name for your new 'My Network Place' or leave the 'shows.dial-global.com' name (default). Click 'Next'. 7 - Add Network Place Wizard :: Select whether or not you want to open your new 'My Network Place' now and click 'Finish'. One more thing... 8 - Enter Your Password :: When you open your shows.dial-global.com My Network Place, you will be promted for your password. Click the box next to 'Save Password' to avoid entering the password everytime. Please contact us if you've lost your password or require further assistance. Nice Job!
